Treg S. Brown recently retired as Executive Vice President, Planning and Acquisitions for Genuine Parts Company (GPC:NYSE). Treg was with GPC for 27 years and served in many capacities including global Chief Development Officer, strategic planning, and European integration leader. While at GPC, Treg served on the internal boards for GPC’s Australasian and European businesses. Treg currently serves on various boards including privately held, distribution businesses in the automotive and business products industries. Treg began his career at Ernst & Young and was a corporate tax specialist from 1983 to 1994. Treg is a member of the Financial Executive Institute, the American Institute of CPAs and the Association for Corporate Growth.
